We deliver products across India and to selected international destinations. For bulk export orders, please contact our sales team directly.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom-made products may require additional processing time. You will be informed accordingly.

    • 3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time within India: 3–10 business days

  • International shipping time: 7–20 business days, depending on location and customs

    • Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics availability, weather, strikes, or unforeseen conditions.

    4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Any additional taxes, duties, or customs charges (for international orders) will be borne by the customer.

    • 5. Tracking

    Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

    1. Return Eligibility

    Products are eligible for return or replacement if:

  • You receive an incorrect item

  • The product does not match the order specifications

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Custom-cut, special-size, or personalized items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation

  • Items returned without original packaging or documentation
